Application & Deposits

• Application Fee: $80.00 (per person over the age of 18)
• Administration Fee: $150.00
• Security Deposit: $250.00 (up to 2 month’s rent pending credit approval)

* Approval can take up to 72 hours

Requirements for Approval

• Verification of rental or mortgage
• Proof of income (3x the monthly rent)
• Verification of credit history (600 minimum credit score required)

Accepted Types of Proof of Income:

• Pay stubs – recent 6 weeks
• Job offer letter – must include salary (only within 30 days of start date)
• Bank statements – last 3 months
• GI benefits, disability, or Social Security – award letter
• Child support or alimony order when court-directed

Pet Policy

• One-Time Pet Fee:
• 1 Pet: $400.00
• 2 Pets: $600.00
• Monthly Pet Fee: $20.00 per pet

Breed Restrictions:
Akita, Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario), Boxer, Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (“Pit Bull”), Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of the mentioned breeds are not allowed.
